LOWER SEASON (1st October to 30th April)

HIGHER SEASON (1st May to 30th September)

• Prices are per day per apartment, they include night stay and expenses (light, water, bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, garden usage, swimming pool usage). Haeating costs are excluded and they amount to 15 Euro per day per apartment in Low Season. Wood to burn is free and is offered by us!
• The complete linen change is on a weekly basis.
  
• Final cleaning included in the price!
  
• The price above does not include breakfast or other meals
  
• We accept small size animals!
  
• Children up to 6 y.o. stay free; children between 6 and 12 pay 50% off the price list; children over 12 pay as adults.
  

BREAKFAST:

It's possibile to request breakfast while booking with us (prices below are per person per day). We have three types of breakfast: SIMPLE (tea, coffee, milk, home made cookies) - 2 Euro RUSTICAL (tea, cofee, milk, home made cake, home made cookies, yogurth ) - 5 Euro BRUNCH (tea, cofee, milk, fruit juice, ham, tuscan salami, various types of cheese, fresh home bread made with bio flour) - 8 Euro

ACCOUNT:

in order to confirm your booking request, it's necessary to write it (e-mail, fax or mail) and to proceed to pay an account of 30% of the total amount

CANCELLATION POLICY

we accept cancellation only when written (e-mail, fax or mail) and always at least 7 days before arrival

WEEKLY PRICES:

for stays of more that 1 or 2 weeks we will apply discounted prices and special offers.
